    Tenant liability and property damage are managed by collecting a damage deposit from tenants. This deposit ensures the property is maintained properly. If there's damage beyond normal wear and tear, repair costs are deducted from this deposit. The deposit is refundable at tenancy's end if the property is in its original condition.
